A dedicated Security Consultant will be assigned to you after the contract is made. Our Security Manager will provide daily site checks and our 24-Hour Command Center will be available so you can contact us anytime.

All costs are included in the rate provided including administrative costs, taxes, payroll processing, account management, hours tracker, etc.

You can expect all our guards to be on time, uniform, well groomed, oriented to security work, thoroughly instructed on duties, and supervised.

A security guard who is not performing to the expectations of the client will be removed immediately. Our company will provide vetted substitute security guards should the guard on duty call in sick or is unable to work. Our 24/7 Security Supervisor in the area will fill in any position until replacement arrives.

Our company always has multiple guards on standby. We have a 24-hour Security Supervisor who can fill in as a standby at any time. As well as we request our guards to give hours in advance notice if they must call out so we can accommodate the change without the client being affected.
We are required to give (2) – 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch for each 8 hour shift. The Security Supervisor relieves the guard for their meal break. Our guards will take their break onsite.
Our company has a command center with a supervisor available 24/7. All guards report to our Security Manager to report for duty, once the guards finish their shift, they must call the Security Manager to call out. There are also supervisors for each site who relieves the guard for their meal breaks. Also, our Security Manager or supervisor randomly inspect the sites ensuring that the clients needs are being met.
Our uniform requires black pants/ black work boots or sneakers/ “Security” shirt or jacket according to the season.
Them “hanging out” may be loitering to you. However, that is not illegal. Only time you can involve the authority is if they are doing something that is causing harm to others or the property.
Most clients don’t want guards to apprehend, detain, or physically touch any potential threat or suspected person. If preventive security does not work, security guards are instructed to call in law enforcement for support in most cases.
At the moment we are serving in the Bay Area. However, looking forward to service Central Valley, Sierra Nevada region, and Central Coast starting January 2022.
Our Security Manager is a professional security officer with 11 years of experience both Bodyguard and Security Officer.
Our guards must have a current California issued Guard Card. Licensed security officers are required to take 8 hours of continuing education courses per year to maintain their guard card.
Each applicant must be fingerprinted by a licensed LiveScan agency that sends the prints electronically to the State of California’s Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation where background checks are performed. The Bureau of Security & Investigation Services subsequently reviews the background check from the DOJ and FBI, clearing or denying applicants. The BSIS mails the guard card directly to the guard.
